Creation
The custom journey begins with a complimentary consultation, hosted either in-person or virtually. Together, we explore your inspiration, aesthetic direction, material preferences, and timeline. This stage is entirely about understanding your vision and building a clear, comfortable foundation for the custom process ahead.
Following our discovery conversation, we provide estimated price ranges for various design and material choices. These estimates reflect the total landed cost, including materials, craftsmanship, international logistics, and all applicable taxes and duties.
Next, a CAD drawing offers a precise visual representation of the custom design. A Design Deposit of $100 covers the rendering phase and includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. This deposit will be fully credited toward your final balance at the very end of the process.
Upon your approval of the CAD drawing, the exact price for your piece is finalized. Manufacturing begins upon receipt of a 50% Production Deposit. Once your piece is completed and carefully inspected, detailed photo and video documentation will be provided for a virtual review. Upon final approval, the remaining balance is settled to initiate secure international shipping.
The custom piece undergoes a final physical verification to ensure it arrives undamaged and meets all confirmed specifications. Once verified, we coordinate a personal handover at a preferred local venue to conclude the custom journey.
