Every piece begins with a complimentary consultation where we discuss your ideas, the look you’re going for, and when you need the piece finished. Once we have a clear direction, we create a 3D digital model (CAD) for you to review and refine before any crafting starts. We’ll stay in close touch at every step so you can move forward with confidence.
Not at all. Many clients start with a few saved photos, a general reference for a certain metal, or just a rough idea. The consultation is designed to help us turn those initial thoughts into a piece that feels intentional and uniquely yours.
Inspiration images give us a common starting point for our conversation. They don’t need to be a perfect match for the final piece. They just help us understand the styles, details, and overall “vibe” you naturally gravitate toward.
Before we meet, we recommend gathering any photos, sketches, or reference pieces that help show what you like. You don’t need a final design, just a starting point to help guide our chat.
Pricing depends on the design, the materials, and the specific stones selected. During the consultation, we will talk about the estimated price ranges to help guide the design before final price is confirmed.
We confirm the exact price once the 3D design and specifications are finalized. This ensures the price accurately reflects the exact materials and craftsmanship that go into your specific piece.
We start the 3D design phase with a $100 Design Deposit, which covers the digital model and up to 3 rounds of revisions. If more changes are needed, they are $50 per revision, with a total cap of $300. While this deposit is non-refundable once we start work, the full amount is credited toward your final balance if you choose to move forward with production. Once the design is approved, a Production Deposit, 50% of the total landed cost, initiates the crafting of your piece.
Yes. Initial consultations are completely complimentary and are meant to help us explore your ideas and vision before you commit to the design phase.
We specialize exclusively in lab-grown diamonds and selected gemstones. This focus allows us to offer a modern, transparent experience that aligns with our design standards.

We offer both. We can meet virtually or in person in Edmonton, depending on what works best for your schedule. Our goal is to make the conversation feel comfortable and collaborative.
Production timelines may be influenced by CAD revisions, stone availability, customization complexity, seasonal demand, and shipping logistics. Clear communication is maintained throughout the process so expectations remain transparent at every stage.
